Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon celery salt, or as needed
- 1 lime wedge
- 2 cups ice cubes, or as needed
- 2 fluid ounces London Dry gin
- 1/2 fluid ounce freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 5 dashes Tabasco sauce, or to taste
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
- 1 (5.5 ounce) can tomato juice
- 1 celery stick, for garnish
Steps
- Sprinkle celery salt onto a plate. Moisten the rim of a highball or pint glass with lime wedge. Press the
moistened rim into the salt. Fill the glass with ice.
- Add gin, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato juice to the glass. Sprinkle with a
pinch of celery salt, if desired, then gently stir to combine. Garnish with lime wedge, celery stick, and
any additional toppings.
